Thank you for ordering from Monthly Muse.
Delivery
UK delivery is included in the price of all Monthly Muse editions unless otherwise stated.
Orders are dispatched using a tracked postal service where available.
Dispatch Times
Monthly Muse editions are prepared in small batches.
Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Please note that dispatch dates are estimates and may occasionally vary due to supplier delays, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the postal service or courier used.
While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, Monthly Muse cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal or courier services
- Weather conditions
- Industrial action
- Customs delays
- Circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Monthly Muse cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at:

We will work with the courier to investigate and assist where possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
