At Monthly Muse, we hope you love your experience. As each edition is carefully curated and prepared in small batches, we kindly ask that you read our returns policy before placing an order.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will review your request and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used creative materials
- Opened food items or consumables
- Opened fragranced products
- Partially used kits or activities
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Items returned without prior approval
Change of Mind
As Monthly Muse editions contain curated and surprise elements, we are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Personal preference regarding contents
- Disappointment with surprise items
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains faulty items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, Monthly Muse may offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial refund
- A full refund
- Store credit
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.
Incorrect Orders

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
