Monthly Muse is a thoughtfully curated monthly experience inspired by the changing seasons. Each edition contains a unique selection of creative activities, discoveries and comforting treats designed to bring creativity, comfort and inspiration into everyday life.

Is every box different?

Yes. Each Monthly Muse edition is built around a different theme, meaning the contents will vary from month to month.

Will I know what's inside?

We share carefully selected previews over on our instagram page while keeping some surprises for the unboxing experience.

Do I need any experience for the creative activities?

Not at all. Activities are designed to be enjoyable for beginners and experienced creatives alike, with clear instructions included.

Orders & Billing

Can I purchase a single box?

Yes. Monthly Muse can be purchased as a one-time box or as an ongoing subscription.

When will I be charged?

For one-time purchases, payment is taken at checkout.

For subscriptions, renewals are processed on the 25th of each month for the following month’s edition.

When do I need to buy/ subscribe by?

To receive the next Monthly Muse edition, please subscribe before the 25th of the month.

Purchases or subscriptions started after this date will begin with the following month’s edition.

Can I skip a month?

Subscription customers can manage their subscription through their account, including skipping upcoming renewals where available.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before your next renewal date.

Shipping & Delivery

Is delivery included?

Yes. Free UK delivery is included in the price of every Monthly Muse box.

When will my box be dispatched?

Boxes are typically dispatched during the first week of each month unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Do you ship throughout the UK?

Yes, Monthly Muse currently ships throughout the United Kingdom.

What if my box arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I send Monthly Muse as a gift?

Yes. Monthly Muse makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, celebrations or simply treating someone special.

Will prices be included in the box?

No. Pricing information is not included within the package.

Food, Fragrance & Allergens

Do the boxes contain food products?

Some editions may include edible items.

Can you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

Unfortunately, we cannot currently guarantee that products are free from specific allergens and therefore Monthly Muse may not be suitable for individuals with severe allergies.

What ingredients are used in the fragrance products?

Any fragrance products included within a box will be accompanied by appropriate ingredient and safety information where required.

Can fragrance products be applied directly to skin? What if I have sensitivities to fragrance?

Please follow the instructions provided with the product. We recommend patch testing any fragrance product before wider use.

As sensitivities vary from person to person, we recommend reviewing ingredient information before use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Yes. Any creative activity included within a box will be accompanied by step-by-step instructions.

Activities are intended for adults and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Monthly Muse accepts no responsibility for injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse of materials or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Returns

Can I return my Monthly Muse box?
